Vietnamese Food [ Banh Xeo Chua ] in Mekong Delta | Street Food And Travel

I'm in Chùa Bánh Xèo - "Pan Cake Pagoda" in Tịnh Biên, An Giang province ( in Mekong Delta). This Pagoda is very special, inviting visitor pan cake free. This pan cake is vegetarian dishes, ingredients: green beans, tofu, bean curd, mushroom, bean sprouts, cassava, the shell made from rice flour mixed with crispy dough. Pan cake is used with sauce and herbal, very amazing! This morning I come soon so not crowded, if in weekend they use 30-40 pcs pan (1 person cook 10pcs pan in one time) to serve, very bustling. If you travel to An Giang, you should visit this Pagoda to try this special pan cake, for free.
